Using the excellent corrosion resistance, thermal stability, non-stickiness, electrical insulation, lubrication and friction resistance of fluorine resin, the problems of high temperature resistance, heavy corrosion resistance and high vacuum lamp of chemical equipment such as tank, tower joint, reactor and pipeline are mainly solved.
Thermal spraying tetrafluoro process is the best anticorrosive technology nowadays. It uses special technology to form a 0.5-1 mm thick coating on the surface of equipment. The coating has the following characteristics:
1. Coatings and metals have very high bonding force: external force can not be removed, which solves the defect that the bonding force between traditional lining Teflon layer and metal base is insufficient and easy to bubbles and fall off, especially in the environment of vacuum and frequent temperature changes.
2. It overcomes the limitation of the traditional lining tetrafluoro process due to the shape limitation: any shape equipment and parts can be sprayed processing;
3. Excellent formability and reprocessability: Due to the excellent melting fluidity of fluoroplastics, after spraying on the surface of parts, it can be processed to meet the requirements of precise size control of parts.
4. Excellent anti-sticky properties: After spraying, it not only has excellent anti-sticky properties but also has excellent temperature resistance. It still has unique anti-sticky properties in high temperature use at 180 C, and has been widely used in rubber and plastic industry.
5. Excellent vacuum resistance: delamination will not occur under any vacuum conditions.
6. Excellent mechanical properties: high mechanical strength, high hardness and toughness;
7. Excellent heat resistance: There are two kinds: the first can be used stably for a long time in the working environment below 180 degrees, and the other can be used at 260 degrees.

Steel lined tetrafluoroethylene reactor is the most commonly used reaction equipment in chemical production, so the possibility of contact with corrosive materials is quite high. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), commonly known as "Plastic King", has good anticorrosion performance and is widely used in anticorrosion engineering. However, PTFE is difficult to bond and its thermal conductivity is poor. Therefore, several points should be paid attention to in the use of steel lined PTFE reactor.
1. Steel-lined tetrafluoro reactor should not be vacuum-pumped and can not be exhausted instantaneously in use.
2. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has poor thermal conductivity, so the heating rate of PTFE-lined reactor is slow. PLC control system can be used to realize the external heating system of the reactor so as to control the temperature in the reactor.
3. When steel lined tetrafluoro reactor works, the temperature of external heating system does not exceed 200 (?) C. Excessive high temperature can easily cause deformation of tetrafluoro anticorrosive coating.
